Takealot Lies

I've never been so disappointed by takealot like this. I made an order on the 17th September at 01:20am as I urgently needed one of the items and selected the "Same Day Delivery" option. The only mistake I did was choose the "Cash on Delivery" option of which I never had a problem with before.

Today, 19th September after lodging a complaint with the customer service, I received an sms saying my order is out for delivery, then an hour later another sms saying "Recipient could not be reached" which is a lie, I never received a call.

I keep lodging a "cancel order" and only then do I get a reschedule delivery. I just want it cancelled.
