Takealot **** a bout parts being from OEM. Cost me a phone.

I ordered a battery for my phone from takealot and it stated on the site that it was a OEM part. A week or two later, the phone popped and when I inpected the battery, I found that it was In fact a fongkong battery. This has cost me tremendously as I had to go and buy a new phone. I tried to communicate with takealot in order to work out how they will compensate me for the loss, but they keep ignoring my messages. I will, unfortunately now have to go to the ombudsman...
