Takealot Let Me Down Flat

I'm in the middle of a power outage and ordered a power pack urgently for today. Now they suddenly tell me the delivery date is next week! What is the use of that? Wow, they've been so efficient up to now and suddenly let me down when I desperately need it...and there's absolutely no way to contact them, so I have to put them on Hello Peter instead, so so disappointed!
