Takealot Less

I bought a fan for work online. What arrived was a huge squashed brown box, with no branding and all the parts banging around inside. I took photos and logged a return. I took the fan back to the depot. Today I received the same fan back and am told there is no issue with this shocking delivery. I am completely blindsided by this service as I have used takealot before and never experienced such a terrible service. I have again logged the return of this product. It is totally unacceptable.
