Takealot Less

<p>Very disappointed in Takealot. Been a loyal customer for years, and big supporter. I've ordered a product, whereby they confirmed shipping in 1-2 days. So I ordered the product, and phoned them where they confirmed I would have the product on 12 May 2017 (4 days later, not 1-2). Also received a mail confirming the same. This is a birthday present for my husband, and his birthday is 13 May 2017. So Takealot mailed me this morning to say there's a delay, and I will not receive the product on 12 May 2017, as they await stock from their supplier (locally). I've tried everything to get a solution without any help or willingness from their side. If I knew it was going to be like this I woul have never bought the product from them. Their website and mails also gives a certain expectation, but their service is the worst I've ever experienced from an online shopping supplier.</p>
