Takealot late delivery

I placed an order with takealot on the 24th October and delivery was for the Monday 28th October 2024. At the end of the day there was no delivery and I sent an email to query it. I received a response the following day that it would be escalated and I would be given feedback on the matter. Last night 30th October I received a sms from takealot courier that delivery would take place today 31st but absolutely no feedback via email from customer care. This is poor service and unacceptable. Appointments have to be rearranged to ensure that someone is home to accept the parcel
