Takealot Large Appliance Delivery

I've bought a 610l LG double door fridge since our fridhe gave in. Delivery was scheduled for the following day. A team of two people without a trolley or any other type of aid arrived and damaged the 100kg fridge in the process. I've asked for a replacement and another team came the next day for collection, again two people and no trolley. They've left without the fridge since they weren't able to carry the fridge. I then changed my return into refund. The next team arrived after the weekend and again two people with no trolley. The fridge is still standing here almost a week later and three call centre agents later. I will never but a large appliance from Takealot again. The worst communication and service I've ever received from any online retailer. The last driver even asked me if I can't wrap the fridge for him. Not impressed.
