Takealot lacks professionalism in addressing Customer queries

I am interested in purchasing to Casio products listed on Takealot. There was not a lot of details describing the products, and the details that were listed, was Contradicting the product the listed on the Casio website. Instead of purchasing the products, getting it delivered to me, and then returning it to Takealot if it was incorrect and not what i required after viewing it upon delivery, i requested more information on the products via Takealot's support page, where a HELP option is available to for PRODUCTS AND STOCK. My query was addressed by Takealot requesting furthering info from me with links to the product on the Takealot website, which i provided. % days later, i received communication from Takealot, with the information i required. I was also cautioned not to make any further request of this nature (requesting information on products) in the future, as it comprised the integrity of the products. I do not appreciate a response like this from an organization like Takealot, preventing potential customers from addressing their needs and requests. If the products were properly described on Takealot website, i would have immediately purchased the products, without requesting further information, and then getting cautioned for making such requests. Gillian.L from Takealot, read all commination, before you respond, you create the impression to the customer that you are foolish and unprofessional, which i think you an not. In summary, Takealot, advertise products with product specific details, that the custom wants to know about, in order to make an informed purchase decision. Secondly, if a customer reaches out for further product info, address professionalism, to encourage the sale of the product.
