Takealot lacks live chat or email contact for inquiries or complaints.

The 3 stars I gave for delivery service; however, I had to return a wireless mouse the other day (MRRN-AADZW-KEJA) this is collection code. On my customer page it still shows only scheduled to collect. yet it was already collected. I need to contact Takealot to see when I get credited into my account. Takealot does not have any email or direct contact option on their website. Only preprogrammed question and answers. This is very annoying. Only phone nr for customer service which is by far not enough. they should have a live chat.
