Takealot Lacks Customer Service

I placed an order about two weeks ago and they were quick with the turn around time only to find out that I gave them the wrong address, which I then tried to change but apparently they can not change the delivery address once an order has been progressed. Which I find to be a bit crazy and hard to understand. I have paid via EFT and now they are insisting I cancel the order and re-order because of the change of address, which is all good but I keep on telling them I can't find any option on the app to cancel and they should advise me how to but after several emails, nothing has happened. What is frustrating their customer service contact number is not even going through, when I call them it rings and then answering machine then call disconnects. What kind of business are you guys running here? I have already paid and now I can't even get my money back or the product I ordered due to your lack of customer service!!!!
