Takealot lacks communication s****

I bought some earphones from them. It turned out to be faulty so I successfuly got it exchanged. Now the replacement is faulty as well. I have returned the product. Even though the status on the website says "return concluded", I have had no contact from takealot advising me whether I will be given a credit, or whether the faulty earphones will be returned to me.
