Takealot lacks any customer assistance- even when they are at fault

I purchased a gift for my son for Christmas. A completely wrong product with an incorrect reference number was delivered on 9 December 2024. I notified them and the product was collected on the 12th. Since then, and despite numerous emails expressing the urgency of the matter, I have had no response from Takealot. There is no number to contact, and my requests are simply ignored. I do not have a gift for my son for Christmas and this is through no fault of my own. The customer care does not exist.
