Takealot lack of customer care

****ed off at the level of service from Takealot , i bought a stand which is has a default, i reported it and they even sent me an sms that it will be picked up, i have recieved sms's 4 times saying the have failed to pick up the stand , with no reason. i dont give a damn anymore on how they do it, i need to be credited as my tv is sitting on the floor as i dont have a stand.
