Takealot - lack of communication and service

I ordered items and paid 10 August. Communication from Takealot is one sided. They can delay deliveries,have issues with stock which they can just tell you when it suits them. Try getting back to them to get help - it's impossible. The phone just rings , emails are not answered and Messenger gives a static response. Finally I got a reply - sorry struggling with stock , can't split your order so you need to wait. WOW , thats what they call customer service........now what..... I want my order cancelled and my money refunded-no repsonse from any of the channels I have used so what do I do as a customer to get help?
