TakeAlot Krampus visits on Christmas

I have had the worst service from TakeAlot. I bought a few gifts for my girlfriend on their site, proceeded to checkout and chose fast pay as my method of cash transfer hoping to expidiate the process as quickly as possible on Saturday the 16th with a promise of delivery on Tuesday the 19th. As soon as I completed the payment I expected to see a confirmation of payment on their Tracking Order page but instead saw a "Awaiting Payment" status on my package. After a lengthy back and forth providing a proof of payment from my bank and a confirmation of funds transfers to FastPay, TakeAlot's Finance and accounts team have fallen quiet and I am almost R800.00 out of pocket with no mention of refund or delivery of goods from TakeAlot. This is the absolute worst thing I have experienced from an Online Shopping store.
