Takealot Kiddies Car

I ordered a Kiddies remote control car. When we opened it there was no manual in it. We called and I sent some emails for a manual how to put the car together. One of the consultants said we must sent the whole car back and then they will sent a new one with a manual. And so we did it like that. When it came back we saw that the warehouse didn't even opend the car to see that there is no manual. They just wrap the box and sent it back. We were very disappointed. It was for a birthday present. And then I sent the car back for the second time and asked for a refund. Now Takealot said they are not going to refund me. Now they have my money and the car. I have nothing to show for the lot money I paid.
