Takealot keeps on taking!

I purchased a portable fan from Takealot. The order was for a specific brand. I was sent a different brand without them confirming if it would be acceptable. The item was also faulty. I returned the item to the collection point in Plumstead for a refund. The charging cable, worth about 50c was not in the box. When I dropped the cable at the depot they could not reconcile their reference number against the claim. The service from Takealot is pathetic. I and my family will no longer support this company in the future.
