Takealot keeps canceling products, but refuses to refund credit

The products I needed were displayed as "available" in local warehouses, and that it could be delivered within the same week. After placing the order, Takealot cancels items and credits my waller on the app. But it is IMPOSSIBLE to refund that credit to my bank account, forcing me to shop with them again. They keep canceling the products you need, order after order, after displaying that they have them available.

(when clicking on "refundcredit to my bank account", then it states "a refund is in progress, check back in 24 h", but nothing happens for weeks. I contacted their customer service to review it manually, also nothing. Will not be using Takealot again, it's better to support local busineses anyway by shopping directly from their websites.
