TakeaLot - Keep up the good service

In the last 2 years since I subscribed to their services; they have been nothing but excellent. You can track your orders, you receive sms on when to expect delivery. If something goes wrong, and you need to return the order; you get support from customer service. If order cannot be filled because supplier runs out of stock after you placed your order; you are asked to request for a credit or a refund. Refund is processed within 48 hrs. Quite commendable when you realize you can hardly get good service from many service providers these days. It used to be so 15 or 10 years ago; but not any more. Quite sad where we are right now in terms of service delivery. So, when you encounter one or two providers still responding to your needs; we should encourage them to keep it up. Especially now still dealing with Covid; takealot is still delivering on time; applying all the social distancing protocols for collection and delivery. I encouraged some of my friends to try them out; they have and they are glad with the service. Some of their products are cheaper than the ones ( same products) in the shops and malls.
