Takealot ke ****

I ordered a book to learn how to code recently, I've waited for weeks to receive this book in order to learn how to code python. Little did I know I'd wake up to get a delivery in the morning for an Academic planner from takealot.com, and now they're ignoring me on their social media because I'm asking for my money back, I've sent a complaint on their website and they still haven't rep**** to my request for my money, it may not be much to them, however it's a lot of money to me, I need my money back in order to use it with a better webstore that can provide a superior service than they(takealot) do.
