Takealot.... just takes your money but does not deliver

I am really disappointed in Takealot. This is the second time in a matter of a month that I order on the app and takealot changes the date of my delivery without any communication. I tried phoning them twice today but they only tell me that the will notify the branch and get back to me but there is no feedback. They are quick to phone and tell you how sorry they are etc!!!!! They disrupt your whole day because you arrange to be available for the delivery but it never comes...... This whole takealotMore is also just a way to take your money! I have been paying for this service since it became available but never get to use the benefits as the option for the promised next day delivery does not appear!!!! If you ask about it they just reply that they will investigate and get back to you

I don't think theu care about their loyal customers anymore. Don't even waste your own time
