Takealot just takes your lot.

I paid a R100 extra to a delivery guy at Takealot.com and on request to get it back they demanded proof and the more I explained the situation to them they kept saying it's my word against his( he was sying i didn't give him 100 extra ) so takealots policy of a smile guarantee is not guaranteed abd their employees are lying theves the specific employee named Pride. Perfect name for a ****. I phoned 7 times with no reply from anyone.! This is unacceptable. So next time i will be paying extra 100 and filming it to ensure proof their empoyees are lying ******* . Providing "proof" . This security system is clearly not full proof or a smile guarantee.
