Takealot - Just sad

Ordered a Hisense 9kg frontloader about a week ago. Payment was cleared. Wasn't contacted with a reason as to why it was canceled. Delivery fee, vat, etc. Was paid successfully. I've ordered on before with no issues. Just an email stating that the order us canceled and that funds are credited to my Takealot wallet. Canceled just before it was supposed to arrive. *** Takealot? I should've gone with Makro or Game. This is just sad. I'd love to know why the order was canceled. Why I wasn't provided with sufficient reasoning and alternatives like Amazon and Makro does. This is why we are all flocking to Amazon, Takealot - you disappoint me yet again.
