Takealot, just like all the other SA service providers

I have been a fan of Takealot for years, but that was until I receive a consignment meant for someone else. I performed my due diligence and contacted them and sent it back. So in my humble opinion, it is merely a matter of Takealot sending me my parcel right? Unfortunately, that's where things went wrong. Suddenly one of the items that I ordered is no longer available. Go figure, how can that be? I'm seriously considering not using Takealot anymore, but rather using Loot or importing from China. Takealot this service sucks, I already waited forever for my consignment and now you do this!!! If I could have rated you with no stars, I would have. Very disappointing service.
