Takealot just gives inferior alternatives with no notification of their actions

Takealot and it's affiliate reseller just decides to give me what they want... I ordered a m800 microphone complete with a v8 sound card for streaming. They never sent me the m800 micro instead an inferior smaller microphone which was not part of the deal.. And takealot does not allow me to write a review on their app which explains this so that others can be aware of this flaw.. I've been a client of takealot for many years but iam not confident in their services and protection of their clients... I will be shopping around in the future... The customer service person just decides to tell me the supplier had no stock and gave me alternative, which I feel is inferior to what I ordered
