Takealot just dont listern nore care, No More for them, Amazon on its way

I purchased a year ago 4 x Polaroid sunglases for my wife in May 2022, the only opened the one in June 2023, with a factory defect, the one lens incorrect with curve to the inside, look like two left lenses fitted, Takealot now refure to facilitate exchange or return to supplier, on averadge we use Takealot at leat once a week, NO More, this is a factory defect, principle matter
