Takealot just don't care

Worst experience i ever receieved. I ordered a breast pump from them. The description read that it is a double pump. When i receieved it it was a single. The pump was on a discounted price if i remember correctly. In the meantime the prices for all these type of pumps went up and i can't afford them anymore therefore i went for this specific deal as it fir my pocket. It took them more than 10 days to decide what they are going to do. Then they decided to credit me which was not the option i chose. I have requested more than once that they just send me the double pump as ordered. Now they want to tell me there is no stock, but i have seen them on the app and site daily as i have been checking. They also only credit me for the product and not the delivery fee. This whole thing was a mistake on there side. I don't care if it was advertised incorrectly, their mistake they should fix it. They should stop noting my feelings as i am told daily and rather start doing something. After numerous emails i am still not happy and in the meantime i am struggling to get enough milk daily for my child. I do not see this issue as resolved at all.
