Takealot just as sly as the rest.

Logged a return for a item bought on Takealot, and specified I wanted a refund and not a credit, and after waiting for the refund, I saw Takealot instead just credited my account. Now I need to complete another form for a refund. This is sly and making it unnecessary complex.

Not sure what the point is of giving you a option between refund and credit when logging a return as they clearly have no intention of actually refunding your money.

I guess even Takealot is as sly as they come and so desperate for money that they want to keep your money, hoping you just spend it again.
