TAKEALOT ITEMS NOT DELIVERED IN FULL AND NO FOLLOW UP WITH CLIENT

I love take a lot. . BUT I hate how for the second time my items are not delivered and I have to call them and inquire only for them to tell me that my items are lost in transit but what surprises me is that some of the items I ordered together with a certain item were delivered. Why won't they follow up with clients before sending incomplete orders? Now I thought I will get my item before Christmas but I don't see that happening. I am disappointed, especially when I live in one of the dangerous kasi. I can't be having my items delivered 1 by 1.
