Takealot items not as advertised

I bought an item describes as a metal bottle and can opener from Takealot. The item I received was a cheap plastic thingy that can open only a bottle, and not a can as advertised. I requested a return and expected the item as advertised to be delivere4d.

I received just another cheap junk opener the 2nd time.

This is the Product Review I submitted. The item I received was nothing like the pics, its a cheap plastic and not a metal item as advertised. The product review was rejected with this response. Thank you for informing us that this was not what you ordered. However, your review needs to be related to your product experience.

The bunch at Takealot are a bunch of hypocrites protecting the Sellers at the cost of the clients, instead of protecting them.
