Takealot item not delivered, no support.

I ordered 5 items from Takealot, when the package arrived, one item was missing. After reporting this, I received the unhelpful reply that “the courier said they did deliver the item”. That’s all. I don’t enjoy being called a ****. I spend a few thousand rand a month with Takealot, but I cannot trust them any longer. They have lost a loyal customer over R199. I’m just glad it wasn’t a greater value item. Takealot should learn some customer service tips from Amazon
