Takealot item missing when delivered.

I ordered 2 x Mountain Bike Tyres. Upon opening the box after receipt only 1 item was delivered. I notified Takealot immediately and have been pushed around without resolve. I was even asked to return the 1 that I had received. There must be a better way of handling this. surely a camera is present when the packaging takes place. I am made to appear as if I am trying to obtain a free tyre or taking a chance.
