Takealot ***** it up ... yet AGAIN!

<p>True to form, Takealot have *****ed it up again .. with help from Skynet.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Canon printer that I bought from Takealot a year ago, is now faulty and doesn't work.<br />So, I log a return ... and get an SMS confirmation that Skynet will collect the next day between</p> <p>8am and 5pm. But I'm going away for the weekend, so I call and advise collection MUST be before</p> <p>9am, but some idiot called Olivia says 'no' and I might have to wait 21 days for a</p> <p>refund/replacement.</p> <p> </p> <p>HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO GET ANY WORK DONE FOR 21 DAYS?</p> <p> </p> <p>So, I ask for the supervisor ... and Mushfieka kindly agrees to arrange the earlier delivery. And</p> <p>I immediately buy ANOTHER Canon printer ... and send an email to Mushfieka and Karen van Tonder</p> <p>asking that they collect/deliver at the same time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Next morning I notice the Skynet van driving around the complex ... and 5 missed calls on my</p> <p>phone, from a PRIVATE number; so I can't cal them back. So I go outside to find the van, but they've gone ... WITHOUT EVEN KNOCKING ON THE DOOR!</p> <p> </p> <p>So, I call AGAIN ... but they don't know anything. But about 30min later 'Mr Muhammud' calls and</p> <p>promises to get the collection/delivery first thing Tuesday morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>It's now Tuesday morning (12h00) .... and all it get is ANOTHER SMS saying delivery between 8am and 5pm.</p> <p> </p> <p>Olivia misled me with misleading information.<br />Mushfiekda seemed to sort it out, but Skynet didn't bother to knock.<br />Mr Muhammed failed on his promise.<br />And Karen van Tonder could not be bothered to even respond to my email!</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't want to buy ANYTHING from Takealot again ... I'm just sorry that I did buy anything in the</p> <p>first place ... because it ALWAYS just results in a LOT OF INCONVENIENCE AND HASSLE.</p>
