Takealot issues

Be careful when ordering from takealot, their customer service is almost non existent, unlike Amazon you can't cancel an order you just placed if your ordered the wrong size ,instead they will tell you the item shipped 5 mins after you placed the order .They don't keep their word either I was phoned to say I will get a full refund for my return which I have recorded on call yet the refund is incomplete, and when emailing them back to ask why they just ignore you and you can't reach them.
