Takealot issues

I have been a Takealot customer since it was called Take2. Never had a issue with the company , always on time and professional. That being said........ too many times now this year i had issues with my orders, staff not helpful and hardly any communication. Still waiting for an order since the 7th of December, was supposed to be Christmas presents ..........
