Takealot is usless

They should just close shop and give up. This is the third time in a row I have received the incorrect products from takealot. And there policy is log a return and wait a month because first they need to receive and process the return witch takes a half a month, and then they send you the replacement. I cant wait for Amazon to open. There policy are customer centric. Unlike Takealot that punishes the customer for their incompetence.
