TAKEALOT IS USELESS!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order on Monday the 11 Nov 2024 with Takealot, they acknowledged the order and said it would be delivered on the 13 Nov 2024. The order was not fulfilled on the 13 Nov 2024, I made calls on the same day they confirmed it will be delivered on the 13 Nov 2024 before 19:00 and they did not. I emailed and called them today and they keep saying they have escalated the matter but are not telling me where my parcels are. I sent them another email asking where my parcels are and they rep**** with a text saying the items will be delivered on Friday 15 Nov 2024 before 15:00, 2 of the items are my dogs food which is the only food they will eat and I’ve been waiting since yesterday morning, my dogs haven’t eaten since, they feeding mothers and I’m must wait until tomorrow for their food. Takealot knew how to take my cash but now my dogs must suffer. The worst part is that they have given no explanation at all.
