Takealot is useless

This must be the most useless online platform you can use. So I've order what should've been a next day delivery, but a week later and still no order and the best of all is that Takealot has no idea where my order is and when I'll receive it. To put the cherry on top, I pay a monthly fee for free and fast delivery, but that aint happening. Speaking to a consultant he promises me the world, but never comes back to me and has no clue of what is happening. If you need something urgently or on time make sure you use Amazon. Order 10pm the evening and it will be deliverd the next day free of charge.
