Takealot is useless at ready orders placed.

Were to even begin... so I placed an order on Takelot for shoes, UK 7, as clearly shown on the order. I received an UK 6. I then requested an exchange, from which my order was collected and my return had been concluded where they credited my Takealot account to the amount of the order. I then placed another order for the SAME SHOES, THE SAME SIZE (UK7), ON THE SAME DAY MY RETURN HAD BEEN CONCLUDED. Today, my order (which I placed for the second time) has been delivered, but below and behold, I once again received the exact same shoes which I initially returned (the UK6).

How difficult is it to read an order and compare it to the actual item being shipped? How is it possible to get the same order wrong two times in a row?

How is it possible for someone not to see that the item being placed in the box for delivery does not match to the order that was placed.

I have requested a return once again, and will this time request that I receive my money back not just a simple credit to my Takealot account.

I have never had this problem from Takealot before, but this is just ridiculous.
