Takealot is *********** useless assholes!!

I've been ordering from Takealot for many years. Never experienced any issues, however since the start of December 2024 that's all I have. Problems. I pay for Takealot More, yet for the whole of December I was unable to place a next day delivery. Order next day delivery, my order gets delayed. I placed another order for items I need for my kids for school. Selected next day delivery (Saturday) as I knew we would be home. Received a notification that my house can't be located. I've lived at the same address for 9 years and have received numerous deliveries from Takealot. I've received a delivery a week ago. Now my house can't be located. I contacted the Help centre who rep**** a day later that my delivery has been rescheduled to today. I told the lady it's a problem as no one is home during the day, that's why I placed the order for Saturday delivery. I told her someone will be at home at 16:00. She ensured me a note was made for the delivery person. This person phones me to ask if this is an old or new note. I told him what happened, he ensured me they'll deliver anytime from 16:00. Barely 20 minutes later I receive a sms informing me delivery failed, because no one is home to accept the delivery. No ****.. Really? Guess what, my delivery has again been rescheduled. We will still not be at home because we actually have to work for a living. This is pathetic. Takealot is pathetic. And your useless help centre informing me the delivery has been rescheduled doesn't help. Fire all of them because they're useless. And don't offer a service you clearly are too *********** to do.
