Takealot is useless!!!

placed an order with Takealot for delivery before 5pm on Friday 27 September. I received a message that they couldn’t find my residence, however the tracking recorded me as being unavailable when l was home all day. They rescheduled for delivery by 5pm today, 28 September. I contacted the company and emailed a representative to ask the courier to phone me so l could explain where l live. She said that she’d given the courier my phone number. Around 3pm l received an sms which said he couldn’t find me. I had received no phone call. I emailed the representative and she said that she would follow up. By5pm and still no delivery, l am beyond frustrated, angry and upset! TAKEALOT ARE USELESS! Perhaps Amazon will be better…..
