Takealot is useless

Received the same incorrect item three times from them, and I have not received a call from management explaining what has happened to my order. I had to accept that they can't get it right! None of the customer agents (x9 that I spoke to) returned my calls after making promises, they obviously do not take me seriously as a client, I am very dissapointed and ever sorry I purchased from them.
