Takealot is useless

We ordered a hairdryer as a mother's day present and it was delivered on the 11th of May but we immediately realized the two attachments were nit in the box with the hair dryer. We the scheduled a return with ref # RRN-6b1a-ae9f. However, today we were told that we received the correct product but the model nr they quoted was something completely wrong, we were even told we had one nozzle which we dont and we had to again send photos and even take screenshots of the product on the takealot website itself just to provide evidence of the two missing attachments, surely takealot should know what we ordered? We did NOT receive any of the two attachments. If you cannot investigate properly rather leave it. Please fix your mess. 21 days to sort this out is unacceptable.
