Takealot is useless

So takealot delivers my packages, no tampering detected. Upon opening it, not all items ordered are there. Contact customer support who apparently inspect and tell me all items were shipped. Takealot team delivered the items, so somewhere someone removed my items from the parcels. They will not refund me or replace my items. Utterly unacceptable action from takealot who were always reliable.
