Takealot is useless!!

I am at my wittsend with Takealot!!! I just received my 5th device from them purchasing a media box for Dstv Now and Netflix. Every single device I receive there is an issue. I called them asking for my money back and they say they can't refund, only credit for me to purchase another device. I told them this is the last time I am trying. I received it today and the mouse remote is faulty!! Now I understand they are not technically your products and ur the 3rd party. But u are the ppl to deal with!! If you don't want bad publicity then why are u allowing bad products to be sold through you?? I want my money back ASAP and to have my account closed. My reference is #***2
