Takealot is useless

Worst courier company. They were supposed to deliver something to me from my bank and never came. They also don't answer the phone and keep you on hold forever. I got a hold of my bank and had them contact Takealot. Takealot finally phoned me back to tell me they did come to deliver at 3pm but no one answered, which was a BIG LIE as I sat around waiting the whole day for them 8am-5pm. They rescheduled a delivery time that day and of course NEVER PITCHED! A waste of time, useless and a bunch of lying, lazy ass people.
