TAKEALOT IS UP TO ****!!!

I send a printer for repairs on the 5/12/18 and no one can tell me what is going on. but they say after 21 day i can get a refund or credit if i dont want to wait. BUT no one contacted me as of yet. I will never shop here AGAIN!!!!
