Takealot is unreliable

I thought that Takealot was a good, reliable company. Unfortunately, they proved to be just a unreliable as all the rest. I returned a laptop i bought and Takealot sent me messages to say that everything is in order. Thet fetched the laptop anddntold me that they will do the refund. I am still waiting. 2 weeks now. And i cant get hold of them. This smells like a *******ed business deal
