TAKEALOT IS UNLESS

I am so disappointed with Takealot right now I purchase a tablet and 3 tracksuits with them on the 25th June and they brought me a cheap different phone and no tracksuits, i hade to convince them that i didn't get my tracksuits and the phone they delivered was the wrong phone. I spoke to Crystal Saban and Ingrid Jacobs Davids but there is no communication here... i still don't have my items that I bought , I'm without a phone from Friday and they just don't care. I will never buy anything from them again , I'm very disappointed and angry at the same time. I'm working from Home and i need a phone to communicate with my clients and I cant do that because takealot messed up my order and now i have to suffer , this is so un professional , can someone please give me advise how to treat this matter.
