Takealot is trying to **** me.

Ordered 2 electric blankets on 2 different orders under the same account Both went faulty at different times. Requested a credit for one and was done, trying to do the same for the second one for the past month and Takealot now calls me and says that the blankets were ordered under 2 different accounts and they cannot credit me for the faulty one which is under warranty. Logged into my account again and they deleted one of the orders. I believe they are trying to **** me.
